Candidate profile
- Background in offshore, maritime, process industry, energy, infrastructure or environmental systems.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in partner-facing settings.
- Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial and evolving platform environment.
- Affinity with island development, circular systems or ecological infrastructure.
